My husband and I have been married for nearly a decade, and we have four children. Our children are mostly in school, ranging in age from 5 to 14. We’ve had our ups and downs like any marriage, but I never imagined we’d be in this position. Recently, I found out that my husband has been cheating on me. The affair has been going on for a while, and it’s completely shattered my trust in him. I confronted him about it, and he admitted to the affair, but despite this, he still insists that he doesn’t want a divorce. Despite how clear I am about wanting a divorce, he is refusing to agree to it. He claims that it will be damaging to our children, especially since they are in school and things have been "fine" up until now. He also keeps promising that he will change, but I just don’t believe him anymore. just want to do what’s best for myself and our children moving forward. Should i find divorce lawyer ?
