Hi, a month ago, I met with an accident and had a fracture on my left leg. I couldn't move my paper works to claim the insurance until now, because of my daughter's marriage. She got married last week and I was on a tight schedule. Now I was up to consult a personal injury lawyer from Ottawapersonal injury lawyer from Ottawa, but my son interrupted me from doing that he wants me to go for it on my own, he says it can save a lot of money as my liabilities are clear and injuries are minor. I don't know the fee scale of an injury lawyer. I'm not that confident to move things on my own. I'm new to this forum and I'd appreciate any feedback from the experienced people here.
My question is it possible to go alone to claim insurance?
