Personnel injury occurs when you have suffered from physical or psychological injury as a result of an accident. Most personnel injuries fall under the category "Tort".
Personnel injury does not mean physical injury only. It is related to injury to body, mind or emotions. The most common types of personal injury claims are road, workplace accidents, assault claims, home accidents, defective product accidents. |

What are the laws concerning riding a motorcycle while you have a current personal injury claim of back pain. Even if both riding and driving is bothersome, and riding provides more "mental" comfort, can it be said that there is no injury or that this person is committing fraud? Even though the claim is real?
