As of September 13, 2012, eight Stryker hip recall lawsuits have been filed against Stryker Orthopaedics by individuals who have experienced serious side effects as a result of being implanted with the manufacturer's Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II modular-neck stems.

Many people who have received the devices, which were voluntarily recalled by the company in July 2012, have experienced side effects such as pain, swelling, inflammation, and metal toxicity, which is caused by the implant's potential to fret and/or corrode, and shed metal debris into the bloodstream.

If this sounds like you, you need to protect your legal rights. Attorneys at Bernstein Liebhard LLP, nationwide law firm, are actively investigating claims on behalf of individudals who have experienced one or more of the above side effects after receiving the Stryker Rejuvenate or ABG II hip implants.
