Changes in Home Page Advertising Policy

   As on 28 October, there has been a small change brought about in the direct advertising links on the home page. 
As advertisers may have noticed that over a period of time, the number of direct links on the home page were on a gradual rise. Most were from SEOs asking for direct links to their sites.  We felt that this was impacting the website's rankings for some of important keywords and leading to loss of valuable traffic.
The following changes have been made to home page advertising :-
-  All direct links on the home page have been converted to indirect links.
-  Home page advertisers have now been included in the directory and provided a priority listing. This would mean that their websites would be found on the top of the search results leading to additional traffic.
- Advertising rate for all home page featured lawyers has been maintained.
Although SEO's may only be interested in, direct links on a PR4 page, but to us the sites rankings is of prime importance. We hope to improve this further. We still feel that with the new arrangement, advertisers would be getting a higher turnover for their ads.
The decision to maintain or remove your existing links because of the change in home page advertising policy, rests with advertisers. Site Admin would offer a refund, for the month if a particular advertiser decides to remove the link.
